Our Services
Philosophy
We treat each person as an individual who is the master of his/her own life. You are encouraged to lead the sessions. Because there is no one approach that can treat all the difficulties that you are facing, We employ a variety of therapeutic approaches-our focus is on you. We use an integrated approach meaning that we utilize many different techniques from other counseling orientations. We'll listen without judgment and provide encouragement, support, and offer insight to help guide you through the therapeutic process. We will help you discover your own solutions in a compassionate and unconditional way without interrupting or interfering in your process of self-discovery. Basically stated, we will use every tool in the toolbox to help you reach your goals.
