Krystal has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication she received from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. She earned a Master of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Trauma Treatment and Alcohol and Other Drugs. She also earned her Juris Doctor degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law. In the state of Wisconsin, she works as a Licensed Practicing Counselor in Training as well as a Substance Abuse Counselor in Training.

Having both a mental health background and a legal education has given Krystal over 8 years of professional advocacy helping people during some of the most challenging times of their lives.  She has spent time working with clients fleeing and surviving domestic violence situations, individuals going through divorce and custody disputes, elders dealing with estate planning and end of life decisions, juveniles in a corrections facility, and college students. While Krystal has experience helping people deal with mental health issues, crisis, complex trauma, and life upsets, she also enjoys being a listening ear for people who simply need someone to talk to.

In addition to working in private practice, Krystal works for Rock County where she primarily works with juveniles at the Youth Service Center (YSC), Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Groups for substance use, and clients dealing with general mental health issues.

Krystal is the owner of Krystal Judah Counseling LLC. She aims to create a space where she can offer skilled, culturally competent, and personalized counseling that will promote healing and life change to clients. She is happy to work with Holistic Counseling Services which allows her to work with clients in her hometown - located in Beloit, WI as well as the surrounding areas.
